Ingredients:

1  skim milk ricotta
1/2 cup sugar
1 heaping tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Powdered sugar in a shaker or cinnamon sugar
6 large eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
